Yes, it's slower, thanks. However, it wasn't a combo; just a straight punch. I would still like to see your feet movements.

Whats with the incredibly short videos man? If you really want a critique, do a 3 minute shadow boxing round. Maybe vid a heavy bag workout. But a 2 second video?
