I just read this story and was about to post the link. He sprawled well and his opponent didn't protect himself well enough. I wonder what Lashley's background is. Was a high school or college wrestler?

I would have liked to seen that fight. I think we will continue to see more and more crossovers like this.

It was interesting to read how Cook got into his head, though. You can't discount that mental training.

Former 13 time collegiate amateur wrestling champion as well as a Pro-Wrestler with every WWE brand.
