Hi all,

This idea was taken from Yoda's thread on how much the body can take.

List all the injuries (tears and breaks) you've ever had and tell us which ones still haunt you?

Where do i start?

Broken leg (roller blading)
Broken collar bone/dislocated shoulder (cycling)
Broken Nose (times2 sparring)
Dislocated jaw (sparring)
Broken fingers, dislocated both thumbs (sparring)
and the most painful of them all I Bruised my Ribs and kidney sparing a thaiboxer, pee-ing blood for 2 weeks.

Now the only trouble i have is my shoulder and jaw often dislocate in my sleep but thats more a joint problem i have.

I think it is amazing how the body can regenerate. The land of Arthritis here i come!!
