How would you know? Have you ever fought the guy? Obviously there's a lot of stuff he couldn't do in the ring (but tries anyway ) that he could do in UFC. He could be the best grappler in the world and you wouldn't know it because he doesn't use it in the ring, and that's likely the only place you've seen him fight.

So what if Tyson prepares and learns some grappling, say BJJ. What then?

Mike Tyson would be the standup figheter in the UFC or pride..If he learned how to grapple and learned how to avoid takedowns he would proabably be one of the best fighters in the world(outside boxing)

Mike has incredible KO power and few would be able to stand with him.

He would also need to do some cross training in Muay thai so he could learn how to deal with leg kicks and not get KO'd by a knee from the clinch.

but that will never happen..there isint enough money in the NHB for him to put it on the line.

Well, I could say that I have no idea how to walk, but it would be a lie. I'd sure have the element of surprise in the Special Olympics though! Dahahahah!

I'm not saying that he is a good grappler, I'm just saying it's unfair to assume that he is not a good grappler just because that's what he said.

I'm sure for most of you, martial arts is not your job, but that doesn't mean you don't train in it.

Yes it is perfectly fair and any reasonalable person would assume so..If George Bush said he wasant a good grappler I would proabably belive him along witht he rest of the world.

If i Made Millions fighting with my hands I wouldent spend alot of time learning to fight with anything else...I dont think yo understand how much time a Pro boxer spends training.
