Good stuff. I like the emphasis on using the stronger parts (elbows, in this case) to work for your advantage. Why do more work when it's easier to let biomechanics take its course?

Thanks,,Glad you liked the video. I was over working it abit because I was actually teaching my student for the first time so I over did it..
