Well I just finished my first week of grade ten. Do you guys have any tips on how to stay in shape during the long winter months. I can't run I can't play any outdoor sports and I was kicked out of my hockey league for hitting a ref.
Well at least I'll be graduating in about a year and a half. |

you could work as a construction worker or landscaper, etc..... lifting heavy items will keep you in shape and you'll be making money at the same time.....

Yes, I agree RUSH.
Labour work is great to build strenght, keep fit and get cash.I would do the same if I was old enough.

Also some indoor exercises can help too, Do push ups, sit ups, rope jumping, shadow boxing , etc...
