in training wing chun`s conditioning the one i do could easily compete with thai boxings conditioning.

one problem i used to have and to an extent it still happens but when i do some light sparring sometimes when my mind wanders i go too fast and miss interceptions...

anyone else do this?

Wing Chun is Fast Because it uses DIRECT Efficent movements.
How often do u see us using a "hay maker" or other lager wastful or perty movements?..
Wing Chun can look Hard, but if can see the internal power u know its soft (if they are good)... . If u are hard u lock your power and lose speed.
To be soft is to be fast and powerful
