Taikudo,
Dang. I forgot Miso soup. I love it. I went to a Japanese restuarant and the cook told us how to make it, so I make it on a weekly basis now. My honey also makes sushi (he learned from the same guy). This cook was nice enough to show us, so we also eat at his restuarant, at least, every two weeks. I usually get Tariaki (sp?). It's not one of my favs, but it's good. We usually go just for the sushi and miso soup, because it's sooooooo good And, of course, a side of Saki hehehehe

I personally love sushi.
Incidentally, there's a great Vietnamese-French fusion restaurant in Chicago, though I forget the name. Somewhere on the north side. But it was definitely a good combination.

I love oriental food, I like the Thai peanut dishes like the shrimp and noodles with peanut sauce. However, I think the best dish ever is General Tso's Chicken, i'm sorry but you cannot beat that!!!

Oh yes. It's all about the peanut sauce. And pad thai.
Why wasn't I born an Asian?
