If anyone in the UK wants Glucosamine then go to a "Health Rack" - you'll pay half price or less than the major places like Holland & Barrat or Boots, and I can see no difference in effectiveness.

....... If anyone in the UK cannot get to a Heatlth Rack I could send you some Glucosamine. No problem. In fact I think they do mail order too.
