How is it supposed to fit, one person told me the testicles and your *member* are supposed to actually fit inside the cup.

Then someone said that it's supposed fit over them and rest against the bone.

I have no idea, but I sure as heck can't fit inside the cup I have now...

/chuckles there are so many jokes here it isnt funny.... well ok kinda..

I have a few different kinds of cups..

the key to the cup is to provide you protection from strikes, either accidental or on purpose.

If you are wearing a cup, and it fits comfortably, it protects your groin, it keeps out strikes, then it is good.

If it doesnt then find one that will.

Dont worry so much about whether you are supposed to fit into it or not, worry about what you want it to accomplish

i agree with luckykboxer. it should fit comfortably if ít does not find one that does.

... and, forget what your mother told you; "Son, never get involved in any activities that require armoured underwear!" ...

I have only worn a cup a few times, comfort is good, as anything less with do nothing but cause problems. This also reminds me of stories were martial artist would tuck there testicles inside the pelvic bone and then bind there groin appropriately. Being a sensitive target learning how to protect it is (IMO) essential.

...i would advise getting a cup that is slightly larger then you need...

no, really, not just so you ask for an XXXL cup but cos well, if it only just fits comfortably, getting kicked there still hurts like a broken bottle going in sideways...

you'll be glad you have the extra room.

well I bought some really tight boxer briefs and that's basically what happen, my testicles were up inside of me and the cup rested against my pelvic bone. So when I'd get hit the cup just slams into my pevic bone keeping the hit away from my testicles.

Girls don't know how well they have it not having to deal with those things.

I did feel weird after taking the cup and underwear off feeling my self rub against my leg again. for about 3 hours I wasn't feeling anything and I got used to it lol.

I shall refrain from talking about how painful it can be during 'that time of the month' and only point out that it really does hurt women to get hit in the breasts.
Plus, I've yet to find a comfortable-fitting ladies chest guard, especially one for a person larger than a B-cup. I go without chest protection nowadays, as I find most ladies chest guards rub or dig in or are just generally too uncomfortable and bulky to wear whilst sparring.

So, we don't actually "have it well not having to deal with those things."
