Broken foot.
Worn out hip cartilage(walked with limp for 5 weeks).
5 broken fingers.
Big purple bruise from being kicked into wall (wall took worst of it).
Tiny cut from punching bag which became infected and resulted in loss of movement below left elbow.

Oh, I hate pain...

Hmm, fortunately the biggest injury I've ever had is a strained wrist...which I still have now, from not wearing wrist-wraps. I've had this for a couple of months.

You sort of forget about it during class, but then the next day...

And a few bruises which I have permantently...I think that goes with the name though.

Well I do hope any newcomers to martial arts don't start off by reading this board, lol. Actually, now that I think about it, I don't know anybody that has suffered a serious injury from MA.

I snapped my anterior ligament in my ankle in a mauy thai fight and was unable to walk for a weak. Injuries like thes are very annoying as i could not start training again for a couple of months.

Now i've got a lot of scar tissue in my ankle and it will never be 100% but i can still fight.

Due to the nature of martial arts there are bound to be injuries but i think it is worth it.
