What are everyone's opinions on weight training and kickboxing at the same time? I'm asking b/c I've heard arguements for and against it. Does it really slow you down that much? If so is it worth it to sacrafice the speed for power until you can build the speed back up? Thx

Weight training really helps you alot. It helps your bones get tougher, more muscle, and if you work right you get faster. You should also do alot of running, sucides. You should take up the sport rugby, or soccer.
