Humm, Jack, it is proven that heavy weights for a growing boy is not good for your spin,(millertary press, swats) and ken's plan is to work on 6 heavy sets. Instead, try 12. it is easy on your spin and it won't stunt your growth. i bro train with real heavy weights when he is 14 and he didn't grow the whole summer! I told him to stop and he begin to add inches again. I don't know if it is really true, but if i were you, i won't take to chances.
